- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3HKB48223A006 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. These items fall under NAICS code 333512 and the NAICS size standard is 500 people. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for delivery of the following items: 1.One hydraulic boring attachment for full sizd skid steer with quick attach plate; including hoses, manual, t-handle guide, button repair kit and handheld uncoupling tools. 2.Boring Bit: 1 3/4" Diameter x 13/16" Hex •Reamer: 2 ½" Diameter x 13/16" Hex •Reamer: 3 ½" Diameter x 13/16" Hex •Reamer: 4 ½" Diameter x 13/16" Hex 3.Trench backfill attachment including hydraulic hoses without quick disconnects. 4.Bobcat Adapter plate for Full size skid steer. All quotes should be received NLT Friday, 12 September 2008, at 12:0 pm (cst), and sent electronically via e-mail, if possible, to Ashley.taillard@offutt.af.mil or faxed to (402) 294-7280. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY Friday, 12 September 2008, at 12:0 pm (cst) will make an offeror ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Items (a. Price and delivery, in order of importance); Offerors must be registered to the Online Representations and Certifications Application located at http://bpn.gov ; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status of Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Deviation); 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 252.225-7000, Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate; 252.225-7012, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program; 252.243-7002, Request of Equitable Adjustment; 252.247-7023, Transportation of Supplies by Sea.
