- The US Army Medical Command, Southeast Region has a requirement for an Endoscopy System for Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Karl Storz Endoscopy-America, Inc., 600 Corporate Pointe, Floor 5, Culver City, CA 90230-7600. 1 EACH, Office cart with flat panel monitor post and IV pole attached, item #: 9801T-20. 1 EACH, 19 inch Radiance flat panel display monitor, item #: 9319NR-A24. 1 EACH Image 1 standard CCU, NTSC, CE, item #: 22200011U1. 1 EACH, Image 1 S1 single-chip camera head, NTSC,CE, item #: 22210130-3 able to instantly convert optical images to digital images. 1 EACH, SCB 300W xenon light source, item #: 201331-20-1. 1 EACH, Universal turret adaptor for Karl Storz light cable to Olympus, Wolf, ACMI, etc., item #: 487UO. 1 EACH, Instant Hard Copy Video Printer control, 8-frame memory, RGB/S-video/comp, item #: 9512C. 1 EACH, UPC 55 Color print pack, 200 sheets, 2 ribbons, item #: 9512CDN. 1 EACH, KS60 headlight, double lens system, F/O Y-cable, illumination area: 20 80 mm 175000LUX, item #: 310060. This is not a request for proposal. However, entities that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include certifications/licenses, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government medical/technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
