- The Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting at Fort Bragg, NC, intends to issue a solicitation for a requirement to perform maintenance for approximately 65 Government owned Canon Copier Imagerunner 400 and 600 series copiers located in the Fort Bragg School Systems, Fort Bragg and Pope Air force Base, North Carolina. The contractor must be authorized by Canon to repair Canon copiers. The requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code is 811212 with a size standard of $23M. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. A 12-month period of performance is anticipated with four 1 year option periods. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued under solicitation number W91247-07-T-0243. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The anticipated posting of the RFQ is 9 September 2008.
