- The Naval Sea Systems Command, HQ, Washington, D.C. is requesting quotations for Commercial Off-the-Shelf Combat Integrated Releasable Armor System (CIRAS). Substitutions of the items listed in the RFQ will not be accepted. The Government anticipates the award of a Fixed Price, Total Small Business set-aside contract. Please refer to N0002408T0074 for complete descriptions of the items required. This requirement falls under Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339113 with a size standard of 500. These items will be acquired under Part 12 of the FAR using Part 13 procedures. By submitting an offer, the vendor acknowledges that he is registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance and through the final contract resulting from this solicitation.
