- The SF 1449 attached to the solicitation as originally issued is hereby revised to show that the "set aside" block in Block 10 is checked. As indicated further in Block 10 of the SF 1449, in the Fed Biz Opps solicitation notice itself, in PART A, RFQ Instructions, and in PART D, Contract Clauses, this solicitation is set aside for HUBZone small businesses. Offerors may use either version of the SF 1449 to submit their responses on this solicitation.
