- The U.S. Army ARDEC is contemplating award of a sole source, firm fixed priceBlanket Purchase Agreement to Arrow Tech for Prodas/Radar Software License Subscription Right to Use Support, Procurement of Prodas/Radar Software Products and Prodas/Radar Customized Software Training. The contractor is the sole manufacturer and developer shall provide proprietary design, upgrades, updates, bug fixes, technical support and customized software training for Arrow Tech. The period of performance for the Blanket Purchase Agreement is for (5) years from date of award. See numbered note 22.
