- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound intends to procure 2 Each Portable Support Enclosures. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the NECO Website on or about 10 September 2008 with quotes due by 10:00 A.M. 17 September 2008. This is a small business set aside. A firm fixed priced supply contract is anticipated. This procurement will be awarded using FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. FOB Destination Bremerton WA 98314. Expected delivery to be within 6 weeks after the date of contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible ! for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendments will be mailed or FAXed. Electronic submission of proposals is not available at this time.
