- Under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a), the USPFO for Texas is negotiating with Sherwin-Williams to provide water based paint for use in our Kremlin Plural Component Paint System (KFCPS) at our N. Ft Hood MATES location. Pursuant to FAR 6.302(d)2 this notice serves to publicize our intent to contract with Sherwin-Williams as the only supplier capable of providing paint that meets the warranty & calibration requirements of the KFCPS. If any vendor desires to provide a quote for this requirement, then reply promptly to this notice. Notice: This notice will close but a solicitation will be posted for the paint with the specifications included. The specs are due by 8 Sep 08 and then the solicitation will be posted for all vendors.
