- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THERE IS NO FUNDING CURRENLTY AVAILABLE AND THERE IS NO GAURANTEE FUNDING WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. Solicitation F1W3E48225A002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 423850, Size standard is 100 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20080812. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, and transportation necessary to provide services/supplies stated below: LI 0001 – Confined Space Training System (1 ea). The system shall include all of the following: 40ft long x 40ft wide x 8ft tall module positioned horizontally (1 ea), 40ft tall x 8ft wide x 8 ft long module positioned vertically (1 ea), operable training doors (3), operable ledge ˝ way down vertical module (1 ea), interior caged training ladder (1 ea), operable window catwalk landing of the vertical module (1 ea), roof joist prop horizontal module, rappelling rod connection vertical module, roof top safety railings vertical and horizontal modules, 30” x 30” confined space interior tube system (1 ea), moveable interior confining plates, and forcible entry door prop horizontal module (6 ea). Pricing shall include product installation, erection and onsite training and product orientation by authorized personnel. Intention of this procurement is to provide a custom designed confined space training system designed to teach and educate Fire and Emergency Responders confined space rescue training and techniques. Delivery: FOB ELMENDORF AFB, ALASKA, requested delivery is no later than 5 Months ADC. FAR 52.203-3, Gratuities; FAR 52.203-6, Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government & Alt 1(Sep 2006). The government reserves the right to make award on initial quote received without discussions.
