- The VA Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach California intends to enter into a sole source contract with Censis Technologies, Inc., 117 Seaboard Lane, Suite F205, Franklin, TN 37067. This BOS announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued; a separate written solicitation shall NOT be issued. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Request for Quotation is RFQ VA-262-08-RQ-0473JL. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541511. The VA Loma Linda Healthcare System intends to purchase a Software License for Censis Instrument Management Tracking System which includes but not limited to the following: usage, maintenance, updates and enhancements, all system maintenance and enhancements, all database management back-up and recovery services, training on enhancements, 24-hour customer support and documentation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government shall consider all proposals received by 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Friday, September 12, 2008. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
