- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation number is H92242-08-T-0626. This solicitation documents incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-23, dated 26 December 2007 and DFARS Change Notice 20080110. The DPAS Rating for this solicitation is C9. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is Unrestricted. The Naval Special Warfare Group 4 requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Brand Name or Equal to 1WWTVRT-1 Public Address Set, NSN: 5830-01-552-7400, Voice Response Translator with Megaphone Microphone, Megaphone Attachment Batteries, Video Training Disk, Molle Ammo Pouch to Fit Unit and Accessories, Line Power Charger, Vehicle Outlet Charger, BA5590 Connector Charger, Two Audio Connection Cables (one Attached to Megaphone), Two Permanent Markers, One Blackhawk Duffle Bag or Equal, and Programmed Module, Includes five (5) Year Warranty on All Items, Unlimited On-Site Training, Development of Customer Use Applications, Software for all existing Applications, Future Upgrades to Operating System Software. Twenty (20) Each Required. This requirement is FOB Destination.
