Description
The production contractor will provide voiceover narration; direction, filming, and production of various module; arranging and facilitating content matter expert reviews; script writing assistance; graphic design and printing assistance. The education modules deliverables will include content; interface design; a consistent look and feel for the program; 508 compliance; Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) version 2004 compliance; web based and DVD platforms; and hardcopy training materials. The Contract will provide conversion to Spanish and provide CME and CEU accreditation. The process for developing all the modules is as follows: a. The Army will provide the Subject Matter Experts (SME) and the initial transcribed script. The Army will modify the transcribed script into its final approved script. b. The Contractor will storyboard the script and submit them to the SME's for approval. c. Review will be done by the SMEs using a content review and approval process or program (e.g., Base Camp) which simplifies the review process for geographically dispersed reviewers. d. The Contractor will develop the program based on the approved storyboards. All content, including video production, animation and motion graphics will be done by the Contractor. The Army will provide any photos, video clips or other graphics that might fit the requirements of the education modules. e. An alpha version of the program will be submitted to the SME's for review and changes. There will not be any additional charges for changes made to the alpha version. f. After the modules changes have been made, a beta version of the program will be submitted to the SMEs for approval. Any identified errors will be corrected at no additional cost. Any subsequent content changes will be priced out and there will be a charge for these changes. A gold master of the program as a DVD and as a web program will be provided to the Army.
