- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition announcement is provided for informational purposes only and constitutes the only solicitation.This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston intends to award to Ex Libris Inc., 1350 E Touhy Ave Ste 200E Des Plaines, IL 60018-3307. All responsible may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is W45MW28275NX18. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through the appropriate Federal Acquisition Circular (FAR 12.603(c)(2)(iii)). CLIN 0003 QTY (1) - Metalib Installation Fee. CLIN 0004 QTY (1) - Metalib Training. CLIN 0005 QTY (1) - Digital Tool Installation Fee. CLIN 0006 QTY (1) - DigiTool Consulting. Option years as follows: CLIN 1002 QTY (1) Metalib & Digitool Software Maintenance (1 year), CLIN 2002 QTY (1) Metalib & Digitool Software Maintenance (1 year), CLIN 3002 QTY (1) Metalib & Digitool Software Maintenance (1 year), CLIN 4002 QTY (1) Metalib & Digitool Software Maintenance (1 year). Period of performance is 12 months after award of contract. Delivery is FOB Destination.
