- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) sub part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W81K02-08-R-0204 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The NAICS code for this procurement is 423450 and the SIC code is 5047. The small business standard is 100 employees. DESCRIPTION: LOGIQ e ULTRASOUND PACKAGE. Please insure adequate technical information is provided with your quote to support the determination by the technical activity that the proposed products meet or exceed the capabilities and quality of the identified Brand Name item. The physical, functional, and salient characteristics of the identified commercial items can be obtained from the manufacturer. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Tripler AMC, HI, and shall occur 30 days after award of the purchase order. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office at Tripler Army Medical Center, HI intends to award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The solicitation is available on the ASFI Website, https://acquisition.army.mil. Quotes are due by Thursday 11 September 2008 no later than 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time/ 9 am Hawaii Time.
