- The U.S. Army Aviation Missile Command intends to purchase the following as an incidental item under AMCOM Express Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) W31P4Q-05-A-0027/Task Order Number 0024 with Aviation Missile Solutions (AMS), Huntsville, AL: Phase IV Various Antennas, Connectors, amplifiers, alumina, Caps, Linear Voltage Regulators, couplers, and miscellaneous hardware to fabricate Active Protective Systems and perform acceptance testing and detailed thermal analysis on Active Protective Systems for KE-APS Phase 8. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties may submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within 7 calendar days of the publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed task order modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a separate competitive procurement.
