- Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSSS01-08-Q-0024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. The NAICS code is 33319 - Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing. This is an unrestricted acquisition for vendors that can provide the brand name equipment (TANDEM "Rite Touch" Automatic Car Wash System). The brand name acquisition is due to the fact that the market research of the program manager has determined this brand meets the minimum needs of the United States Secret Service (USSS). A written justification to limited sources has been executed in accordance with FAR 6.3. This Solicitation is compromised of: I. SPECIFICATIONS OF REQUIREMENT II. FORMAT AND SUBMISSION OF QUOTE III. EVALUATION FACTORS IV. CONTRACT CLAUSES V. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR OFFERORS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I. SPECIFICATIONS OF REQUIRMENT United States Secret Service has a requirement to purchase the following: CLIN 0001 TANDEM "Rite Touch" T300 Hybrid System Automatic Car Wash System CLIN 0002 System Stop Button - Wall Mounted CLIN 0003 Wash Activation Interface/software CLIN 0004 Low Pressure Undercarriage w/ Activation CLIN 0005 4 Nozzle On-Board Maxair Dryer CLIN 0006 Tandem Install Kit CLIN 0007 Clearance Sign CLIN 0008 Booster Pump CLIN 0009 Start Button CLIN 0010 Internet Gateway CLIN 0011 High Pressure Top Blasters CLIN 0012 Super Sealant CLIN 0013 Installation Fee (Includes forklift and Dump) CLIN 0014 Freight Offeror shall provide a firm fixed unit price for each CLIN and the total amount. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ II. FORMAT AND SUBMISSION OF QUOTE Part A. See Attached RFQ for submission of quote. Part B. Contractor Information Provide the nine-digit DUNS and the nine-digit TIN. DUNS is used to verify that the vendor is in CCR. The Taxpayer Identification Number is necessary for electronic payment. By submitting a proposal, the Offeror acknowledges the Government requirement to be in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract. Information about CCR may be found at www.ccr.gov. Submit Parts A and B to Danielle Donaldson via email or fax only. Submitting via email is preferred. Your entire email must not be greater than 3 MB; if your quote is above that limit, please send multiple emails. Faxed Parts A and B will be accepted. Please put HSSS01-08-Q-0024 - Car Wash in the subject line. All quotes will receive a confirmation email; if you do not receive a confirmation then your quote has not been received. Late quotes will not be accepted. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ III. EVALUATION FACTORS Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price that meets or exceeds the acceptability standards for non-price factors. All offers meeting technical expectations will be evaluated. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ IV.
