Description

Solicitation GS06P08GXD0052, Janitorial and Related Services, Federal Buildings, 1500 East Bannister Road and 9240 Troost, Kansas City, Missouri. Contract period is for one (1) year with four (4) one year options to extend the term of the contract. The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any option(s), is not to exceed five (5) years. This solicitation is being offered for competition limited to all responsive, responsible, eligible Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720. Offerors will be required to submit both Technical and Price Proposals. The General Services Administration Regional Office, 1500 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, Missouri will conduct a Pre-solicitation Conference and Site visit on October 16, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
