- Second Floor Lab RenovationsProject # 540-07-702 Project Range: $500,000 - $1,000,000 Louis A Johnson, VAMC 1 Medical Center Dr Clarksburg, WV 26301 Addendum Items from pre-proposal site visit VAMC - Second floor Lab Renovation, Project #540-07-702 Drawing AE-101 Floor Plan - The space titled "Storage 2227" should be "Storage 2227B" as noted on the Room Finish Schedule The Corridors within the project area in Phases 2 and 4 which are not titled or numbered shall receive new floor covering, base and paint consistent with the other spaces in each Phase of work. Room Finish Schedule - Note 1 - Revise to read "existing Ceiling to remain, install new lighting as shown on Dwg EL-101". Drawing PD - 102 - All sprinkler heads shown are existing and shall remain. Drawing PL-102 - The equipment noted in the "Air Compressor Schedule" is the equipment referred to in the "Compressed Air Notes". This compressor will be dedicated to the operation of the Automated Lab equipment supplied by others and final connection to that equipment will be by others.
