- Reference number W912TF-08-R-0004 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an UNRESTRICITED Acquisition. The North American Industries Classification System Code is 423430 Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers, Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG) is requesting quotes for manufacturer specific Citrix Netscaler 9010 Platinum Edition. This product is FIPS140-2 complaint for this Phase II Upgrade of Virtual Computer System Infrastructure. This component gives the NHARNG the ability to telecommute and work from any location to support 24 hour operations. The KIOSK portion will allow M-Day soldier computer access from multiple locations to meet the needs of this organization. The Citrix Netscaler 9010 - Platinum Edition and its components, identified in the attachment, are the only items acceptable. Quotes for equal/like items will not be accepted. Quotes are requested for ALL or NONE of the items listed in this solicitation. Item 1: Citrix Netscaler 9010 Platinum Edition (See Attachment for components list). NOTE: Attachments are uploaded to Fedbizops after solicitation is submitted for posting and are identified as Changed Notice Type Modification and further identified as Solicitation 1 under the ALL FILES header. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply. Award will be made to a single responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on technical conformance, cost or price, and past performance. Technical conformance and past performance when combined are significantly more important than cost or price. Multiple purchase orders will not be issued.
