- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice by the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (USAINSCOM). Small businesses are strongly encouraged to respond. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this effort is W911W4-08-P-XXX1, this should be considered a formal request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular dated 12 June 2008. The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command anticipates the need to acquire specialty equipment and gear.
