Description

This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. Further in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to award a sole source purchase order to Saul Mineroff Electronics, Inc. who is the sole manufacturer of the following item: Low Profile flush mounted stereo digital microphone for SME-WS series recorders for the quantity of fifteen for a total cost of $28,462.50. Therefore it is intended an order to be placed with Saul Mineroff Electronics, Inc. for the above item. Saul Mineroff Electronics, Inc. is the only responsible source to provide the necessary accessibility to the product. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date is September 10, 2008 at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
