- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration intends to award a sole source order to the American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) for seven employees to attend the AASHTO’s 42nd National Transportation Leadership Institute. This is an AASHTO organized and facilitated program and is designed to meet the specific needs of the individuals who lead transportation agencies across the United States. All responsible sources may submit a response identifying their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the total estimated value is not to exceed $24,500.
