- Western Area Power Administration intends to acquire ADC fiber optictermination panels on a sole source basis. Western believes these are theonlytermination panels that interface with our existing infrastructure.Anticipatedaward is September 17, 2008. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirements byemailingthe Contract Specialist or faxing that information to 605-353-2645. Smallbusiness are encouraged to offer these items because they are on SBA'snon-manufacturers waiver list.
