- This special notice was drafted to let interested parties in RFQ # F3H3A28212A001, know that the RFQ was posted prematurely, before certified funds were loaded. The correct course of action should have been to cancel the notice but instead the RFQ's close out date was shortened to later that afternoon, thus closing the request. Once funds are certified, we will be posting this requirement to GSA targeting SDVOSB.
