- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Mission & Installation Contracting Command Center - Fort Sam Houston intends to award to Proquest, LLC., 789 E. Eisenhower Parkway, Ann Arbor, MI 48108-3218. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is W45WM28106NX01. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through the appropriate Federal Acquisition Circular (FAR 12.603(c)(2)(iii)). This solicitation incorporates the following clauses and provisions: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, 52.209-6, 52.212-1, 52.212-3 Alt I, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (52.219-28, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.222-50, 52.225-1, 52.225-13, 52.232-33), 52.213-2, 52.217-8 (The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within 30 days.), 52.217-9 (The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 30 days; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 60 days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension.); 52.252-1, 52.252-2, 52.247-34; Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) 252.204-7004 - Alternate A, 252.212-7001 (252.247-7023), 252.232-7003, and 252.232-7010.
