- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is being conducted using the procedures in FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F3ZT858189A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26; Defense DCN 20080812; Air Force AFAC 2008-0605. This acquisition will be unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214. The business size standard is 500 Employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7110. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2522. This request for quotation consists of the following items on an all or none basis. Item 0001: Brand Name or Equal: National Business Furniture, Ergocraft/Item # 56264, Crepe Fabric color Gray. Ergonomic high back chair is designed for 24 hr per day, 7 day per week use. Heavy duty construction extra thick plywood seat and 95 lb casters to allow chair to safely support up to 275lbs. Must have Instant lift seat height, adjustable back angle/back height, tilt tension control, and tilt lock. Arms shall be both height and width adjustable. Chair must meet ANSI/BIFMA safety standards. 28.5"W x 22"D x 40.5"H, 15 yr warranty. Ship ready to assemble.OR EQUAL. 30 Each. Sipping to Travis AFB, CA 94535 must be included.
