- There is no solicitation. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Division in Portland, OR has a requirement to procure vertical incubators for salmon and trout. MariSource is the only known manufacturer for the vertical incubator system. The Service intends to award Sole Source to MariSource, a subsidiary of Flex-A-Lite Consolidated. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government is to award using other than full and open competition IAW FAR 6.302-1. Procurement is subject to availability of funding under contract clause 52.232-18.
