- This is a request for information (sources sought) and not a solicitation. This sources sought notice is issued for the purpose of determining whether there are two or more business concerns capable of providing the requirements described herein. NAICS code 423710 applies to this sources sought notice. Fort Carson military personnel have a requirement for (EOF) Escalation of Force Kits and components for use during military operations. These components have specialized characteristics and must be brand name or equal specifications. The equipment nomenclature and specifications listed below pertain to AARDVARK Tactical INC. Potential vendors shall expressly state their intent to use subcontractors in the performance of an actual contract. Responses to this notice are due not later than 12 September 2008, 1600 hours, Mountain Time Zone. Responses shall be written and telephone responses will not be accepted.
