- NOTICE - SEPTEMBER 5, 2008 - ISSUANCE OF SOLICITATION Solicitation number SA1301-8-RQ-0035 for a Telephone System and Maintenance is issued and posted. This is a commercial item acquisition. Proposal instructions are provided in Section 5 of the solicitation. The evaluation information is in Section 6 of the solicitation. This acquisition includes a go/no-go factor. The site visit information is provided in Section 5.1 and 5.2. Responses are due on September 12, 2008 at 3:00pm and shall be mailed in accordance with Section 5.6. This is a small business set aside. In accordance with FAR 52.219-6, offers received from concerns that are not small businesses shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.
