- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at https://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Interested parties may use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. The Government anticipates a modification to contract N00164-06-C-6958 with Arbin Instruments to exercise option CLIN 0002 for an additional two test racks to supplement the test system delivered under CLIN 0001. The modification will also add requirements for training on use of the system, reverse connection protection, and high current cables not included within the requirements of the original contract. All items must be 100% compatible with the Arbin Test System delivered under CLIN 0001. Interested parties may contact Sean Seamon at sean.seamon@navy.mil.
