Description

The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) intends to negotiate and award, on a sole source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a simplified acquisition to GriffComm, Inc., 1104 Kinsdale Drive, Raleigh, NC 27615. ADS-PUMA is the only automated device capable of interfacing with TIGTA's inventory of audio and video body worn recording devices for the purpose of downloading and archiving evidence. ADS-PUMA utilized proprietary compression software only available with this device. GriffComm, Inc. is the only Contractor who offers the requested ADS-PUMA device. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. BPD will consider written responses received no later than 2:00 p.m. EST September 9, 2008 and must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows the vendor is capable of providing the requested device. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we will negotiate and award a purchase order GriffComm, Inc. No telephone inquires will be accepted.
