- Sierra Army Depot intends to enter into a sole source contract with Pall Aerospace Corporation, 10540 Ridge Road, New Port Richey, FL 34656 for 5 each of NSN 4140-01-364-6064, 10 each of NSN 1680-01-354-6522, and 5 each of NSN 6150-01-359-1659. The award resulting from this solicitation will be a firm fixed price contract. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this purchase. Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All qualified and responsible sources that can offer these supplies may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. All responses and proposals are to be submitted in writing by fax to (530) 827-4722 or by email to megan.m.barr@us.army.mil.
