Description
The purpose of this modification is to replace the specifications in the previous synopsis with the performance requirements listed below: Evaporative Cooling Tower System Performance Requirements The contractor shall provide two (2) independent induced draft cooling towers capable of cooling "at least" 375 Gallons per Minute (GPM) from 95 degrees F to 85 degrees F with a 78 degrees F entering wet bulb temperature "Minimum" with the following minimum performance specifications. 1.Shall provide 180 tons of cooling2.Shall provide heat load for a grand total of 2,166,400 BTU/hour3.Shall maintain a constant equipment inlet water temperature of no greater than 65 degrees F 4.Evaporative cooling tower system shall have back up or secondary circulation capabilities 5.Main refrigeration system shall have back up or secondary pump system. 6.All electronics shall have back up or secondary systems for emergency operation7.Shall meet California Energy efficiency standards 8.Shall meet California EPA noise and refrigeration standards9.Controller workstation system requirements:a.shall be capable to run full diagnostics of all systemsb.shall provide complete read out of entire operational running parameters on clear, easy to read display screenc.controller workstation operator must have full function control of entire system operation from the controller workstationd.shall provide monitoring of refrigerant pressures and temperatures, water temperatures, voltage, amp draw, kW demand, alarm history, and captured data at time of alarm condition, demand profile with kW usage10.Shall have full manufacture warranty.
