- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston intends toissue solicitation N65236-08-R-0239 as a sole source commercial item contractpursuant to the test procedures under FAR 13.5 to Pacific Star Communications,Inc., 15055 SW Sequoia Parkway, Suite 100, Portland, OR 97224-7973. Theprocurement covers the purchase of thirty-six (36) IQ-Core SoftwareEEP-Edition, P/N: IQ-EEP, including the Maintenance Packages and supportingdocumentation. The IQ-Core Software is proprietary software manufactured byPacific Star Communications, Inc. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The estimated value of thecontract is $587,000.00. The FSC Code is 7030. The NAICS Code is 423430 witha size standard of 100 employees.
