- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote for a firm fixed-price contract for the purchase of GOES transmitters and data logging equipment to be installed by the Government at key measurement points in the Newlands Project. The equipment will serve to assist in oversight of the operating criteria and procedures (OCAP) of the Newlands Project. The physical delivery of the equipment must be made by December 1, 2008 due to the timeframe of when the canals can be dewatered for the installation of the meters. The supplies will be delivered to the Bureau of Reclamation, Attention: Jim Lively at 2674 Harrigan Road, Fallon, NV 89406. The NAICS Code is: 334513. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business concerns only. Solicitation 08SQ200017 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about September 3, 2008. The date for receipt of quotes is September 9, 2008. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
