Description
Reference Number: F3W3308211A901 - Request for Quotation. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 which can be viewed at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/reghtml/changes/fac/fac2005-06.htm * Delivery and installation of Video Surveillance Recording Systems as follows: Building 427, Youth Center, U.S. Air Base Spangdahlem: One (1) each Video Surveillance Recording System consisting of 31 each Colour CCTV cameras 1/3" for indoor use, 1 each Colour CCTV camera 1/3" for outdoor use, appropriate camera protection cases, 2 each HD recorder inclusive software to connect up to 32 cameras, 2 each monitors 19", 2 each PC Desktop systems for supervisor places, 2 each displays 46" LCD for 24 hours, 7 days a week use, 1 each rack for up to 300 kg load, approximate size of rack: Height 2000 mm; Width 800 mm; Depth 600 mm. Minimum recording time: 150 hours. Quote shall include all cabling, power supplies and accessories required to install the system. Building 84, School Age Program, U.S. Housing, D-54634 Bitburg: One (1) each Video Surveillance Recording System consisting of 14 each Colour CCTV cameras 1/3" for indoor use, 2 each Colour CCTV camera 1/3" for outdoor use, appropriate camera protection cases, 1 each HD recorder inclusive software to connect up to 16 cameras, 1 each monitor 19", 1 each PC Desktop system for supervisor place, 1 each display 46" LCD for 24 hours, 7 days a week use, 1 each rack for up to 300 kg load, approximate size of rack: Height 2000 mm; Width 800 mm; Depth 600 mm. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING NOTES: A mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, 09 September 2008. Meeting Point / Time: Main Gate, U.S. Air Base, D-54529 Spangdahlem, 1000 hrs. Proposals will only be accepted from vendors attending the mandatory site visit. Vendors wanting to attend the mandatory site visit shall contact Ulla Heck, 52 CONS/LGCB, ext. 06565-61-9522 not later than 08 September 2008, 1500 hrs. ********************************************************************************************* Vendors submitting a quotation shall be able to meet the response time of 48 hours in case of system malfunctions during the warranty period. Initial operator training shall be included in the price. ************************************************************************************** This solicitation is intended only for local sources in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.202(a)(12). Local sources are those sources normally resident, licensed and registered to conduct business in Germany. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitatilon. ************************************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ************************************************************************************** Quotes shall be submitted in ENGLISH language!!
