- Notification is provided of the intention of the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) to issue on a sole source basis a firm fixed-price simplified acquisition procurement purchase order to Biota of North America Program (BONAP) located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(a)(1). This order is to acquire data to support the USACE National Wetland Plant List with further biological digital data to match all current scientific wetland plant names previously obtained from BONAP. This data shall include, in addition to the previous phytogeographic and nomenclatural data, eighteen major ecological topics with 220 supporting subdivisions of data to be linked to the Corps database and web site.
