- Description
- Provide labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary total floor care service (strip, wax, buff, etc) for the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (Montgomery and Tuskegee VAMCs). This contract includes a base year (one year from date of award), plus four one-year renewal options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. RFQ VA-247-08-RP-0409 will be advertised on or about 9/12/2008 as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-a-side with a NAICS code of 561720 with the size standard of $16.5M. Interested offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the fedbizopps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. The Government expects to award a single contract priced between $400K and $650K for these services.
