- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to enter into a contract on a sole source basis with Global Software Corporation for a Computer Aided Dispatch System that has been approved for installation on an Army information system and meets net-worthiness and Information Assurance standards. The system has built in GIS (mapping) technology, and integrates 911, NCIC, and Vehicle Tracking. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
