- This is a sole source procurement IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). An approved justification and approval is on file in Contracting Division. The Huntington District intends to negotiate a contract modification with Ross Brothers Construction to increase capacity to existing contract W91237-05-D-0003 by $7 million from $20 million to $27 million. This increase is required to meet the continued mission requirements for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in executing the Indiana Flood Relief Mission.
