- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Motorola RMN4049A Headsets) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), RFQ # M67399-08-Q-0076. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. This is a restricted purchase set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 443112. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 5731. The small business size standard is $9 million. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 5895. CLIN 0001QTY: 150 MOTOROLA RMN4049A TEMPLE TRANSDUCER HEADSET Motorola temple transducer headsets, model RMN4049A. For use with Motorola XTS5000 radios. Noise cancelling mircrophone, in-line push-to-talk, bone conduction receive method, behind-the-head style headset.Note: only Motorola RMN4049A headsets are acceptable. The Government is seeking F.O.B Destination. Place of contract delivery and acceptance will be at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC)/Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MCAGTFTC), Twentynine Palms, CA 92278. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1)Price. (2)Delivery. Delivery desired no later than 30 SEP 2008.
