- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a commercial sole source purchase order for RFID Real Time Location System to RFID global solution, 2001 Town West Dr., Rogers, AR 72756-2129. We intend to procure RFID Real Time Location System for the JITC PMO. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue the award as other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
