- Description
- The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, located at 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL, 33410, (Engineering Service), has a requirement to provide new Parking Gate equipment for twelve (12) existing parking lot access points plus removal and disposal of existing equipment as outlined on the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide a fully functional system. All work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of work in the solicitation. All qualified offers are invited to provide their quotation. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency, and satisfactory past performance. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. All information for this solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be available. This solicitation is being restricted to small veteran owned business under the NAICS code 238990. All prospective bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. We anticipate issuing the solicitation on or about September 5, 2008 with a closing date on or about September 16, 2008.
