Description
Reference number W912TF-08-R-0003 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an UNRESTRICITED Acquisition. The North American Industries Classification System Code is 423430 Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers, Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. New Hampshire Army National Guard is requesting quotes for manufacturer specific computer components for this Phase II Upgrade of Virtual Computer System Infrastructure. Items listed below (and components identified in the attachment) are the only items acceptable. Quotes for equal/like items will not be accepted. Quotes are requested for ALL or NONE of the items listed in this solicitation. Item 1: KVMs and Cabling (See Attachment Tab 1 for components list). Item 2: EVA Upgrades (See Attachment Tab 2 for components list includes installation) Item 3: Data Domain (See Attachment Tab 3 for components list includes installation) Item 4: Data Protector Licensing (See Attachment Tab 4 for components list) Item 5: MSL Library Upgrade (See Attachment Tab 5 for components list) Item 6: Cables (See Attachment Tab 6 for components list) NOTE: Attachments are uploaded to Fedbizops after solicitation is submitted for posting and are identified as Changed Notice Type Modification and further identified as Solicitation 1 under the ALL FILES header. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply. Award will be made to a single responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on technical conformance, cost or price, and past performance. Technical conformance and past performance when combined are significantly more important than cost or price. Multiple purchase orders will not be issued.
