- Contracting Center of Excellence on behalf of the U.S. Army Center for Army Analysis and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract under other than full and open competition sole source basis to NOETICS Inc. This requirement is to provide software service for the FORCE REQUIREMENT GENERATOR (FORGE) Model: Development, Maintenance, Testing, Documentation and Training Support. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to the requirement by providing electronic notification to the point of contact (POC) no later that Wednesday, 15 Sep 2008 @ 10:00am EST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the capabilities of the requirement as posted on CCE website: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/rfp/rfp_1.asp under FORGE Software Support PWS. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be submitted via e-mail to MAJ Paul Lauro (paul.lauro@hqda.army.mil). Telephone requests and inquiry's will not be accepted.
