- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 dated 12 June 2008. Soliciation number W31P4Q-08-P-0658 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the Agency. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to issue a purchase order under the provisions of FAR Part 12. The U.S. Army AMCOM intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to The 20-20 Leadership Foundation, 6767 Gato Rd, El Paso, TX 79932. Request for the purchase of CLIN 0001 will be issued for the following workshops: 1) Game Plan Refinement and Implementation; 2) Certify ORSA Coaches (Train the Trainer); 3) Certification for GPS Course; and 4) ORSA Materials and Resources. CLIN 0001 will be exercised on or before 30 September 2008. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710. FOB: Destination, Ship to: U.S. Army, ATTN: Charlene Bertus, AMSRD-AMR-SE-TD, Engineering Directorate, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. Any award resulting from this FRP will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award. The following Provisions and Clauses are incorporated and shall remain in full force in any resulting purchase order. FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funding; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions for Offerors Commerical; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial items. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certificates Commercial items, OFFERORS MUST INCLUDE A COMPLETED COPY WITH THE OFFER; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Term and Conditions Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Commercial Items, are applicable to this acquisition. Proposals are due no later than 12-:00 noon, local time, 14 August 2008 in the contracting office, Building 5400, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, 35898. Proposals received after the specified due date and time will not be considered for award.
