Description

This amendment is being made to FDA-SOL-08-1044148 “IBM WEBSPHERE QUALITYTAGE SUPPORT SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE for modification, clarification and to also answer questions submitted. Modification: Part numbers have been deleted. The Part Numbers, as listed in the solicitation, reflected usage of an IBM Passport Advantage agreement which does not exist. The statement of work describes the software support maintenance services and the associated quantities to be provided. Questions: 1. What is the IBM Passport Advantage agreement number for this software? Answer: IBM Passport Advantage agreement number is not necessary to bid on this requirement. 2. Does the requirement/bid include Licensing of IBM Quality stage software, upgrades and ongoing support? Answer: Only maintenance/upgrades/ongoing support. 3. Do you expect the bidder to be a certified reseller or partner of IBM? Answer: The government expects the successful offeror to be able to fulfill the requirements of the Statement of Work and to provide sufficient information in their quote to support that assertion. 4. Is the installation/upgrade and support going to be onsite (if so which location) and it is considered purely remote? Answer: No onsite and No remote access. 5. Can we tie up with a reseller and make a combined bid? Answer: This is a business decision to be made by the offeror.
