- This synopsis is for additional 20 days. This contract was previously synopsised on April 16, 2008. Upgrade to existing Johnson Controls (JCI) N1/PMI Building Automation System (BAS to the most current version of the JOHNson Controls Extended Architecture which will provide Web-based user access to the HVAC systems install in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Alliance Aviation Operations Center in Fort Worth, Texas. The BAS installed in the Alliance Aviation Operations Center is a proprietary Johnson Controls system, and it was discovered in 204 that the system does not monitor the entire facility. A new BAS needs to be provided that will incorporated the entire facility all air handling units, packaged air conditioning units, heat pumps, fan coil units, chillers, boilers, terminal boxes, heaters, raiators, exhaust fans, and life safety monitoring. Since the existing BAS is a proprietary Johnson Controls system, Johnson Controls must be contacted to upgrade this system. Their knowledge of the system, its deficiencies, and the facility is the knowledge necessary to completed the current scope of work. Johnson Controls musst be contracted to upgrade this sytem.
