- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The requirement is being posted as unrestricted under NAICS 334290 with provisions and clauses current with FAC 05-26. The Missouri Army National Guard is requesting interested contractors contact this office by e-mail as the specifications for the requirement are too lengthy to post on this web site. The Interoperable Communication Shelter is specfic in configuration and required technical equipment. Contact Ann Lea @ mary.lea@us.army.mil for a copy of the specifications. The applicable clauses and provisions are as follows: 52.211-6 Name Brand or equal, 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Item, 252-204-7004 Alt A Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (a)(b)(3)(11)(16)(17)(18)(19)(20)(21)(22)(24)(37)(c)(1)(2), 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference, 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference, 52.252-5 Authorized Deviations in Provisions, 252.211-7003 Item Identification and Valuation, 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial,52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items - The government shall award a contract to the offeror that is capable of providing the Radio Communication Shelter per the technical specifications provided. If the contractor is offering a shelter manufactured with alternate brand or a substitution of product the vendor must provide technical literature for technical review. Past performance of the contractor to be conducted, provide a minimum of three (3) references to include name, telephone number and Point of Contact (POC) name that has knowledge of production of similar equipment. Technical and past performance, when combined are equal to pricing in determining the contract award. The government intends to award without discussion unless the contracting officer determines it to be necessary.
