- NOTICE: The request for proposal due date has been extended. A definitive date has not been determined at this time. It is the government's intent to post responses to questions via an amendment not later than October 7, 2008. The State Department has a requirement to provide for the acquisition of supplies and equipment and related installation, maintenance, training and support services. This is a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Specific tasks and/or work to be performed will be detailed in individual task orders issued under this IDIQ contract. The resultant contract is comprised of one (1) base period and four (4) option periods. Offerors may submit questions or clarification requests until Friday August 22, 2008, 2:00 PM, EDT, to carterja@state.gov. Questions and answers will be posed as an amendment to the solicitation. Proposals are due Monday September 8, 2008, 2:00 PM. EDT.
